About Us

Lions are men and women from all walks of life who volunteer their time to humanitarian causes in their local and world communities. By conducting service projects and raising funds, Lions strive to help those in need, whenever need exists. Although the youngest major service club organization, Lions Clubs International is the world's largest, and most active, with 1.4 million members in over 200 countries and geographical locations.

"We Serve" is not only our motto, but a definition and a philosophy.

The Galway Lions Club is the proud home club of past District Governors Dusty Rhodes, Orv Curtiss, Tom Nowicki and Edwin Pike.

Thanks for your support!

The Galway Lions Club Appreciates Your Support!

In addition to all of the support and volunteer time donated by the Galway Lions Club Members, the success of the Galway Lions Club and its ability to help the community in numerous ways is also derived in part from the generosity of the Galway community and beyond.

If you would like to donate, your generosity is greatly appreciated.
